Salima Alibhai, LLB

Salima takes a big-picture approach to legal recruitment. As a lawyer and recruitment industry veteran, she easily hones in on the most vital elements of her clients’ hiring needs and candidates’ career goals.
Recruiting since 2002, Salima is well known for her personal approach and commitment to building long-term relationships. This commitment has earned her the trust of business leaders and lawyers of all seniority levels.
Salima graduated from Windsor Law School and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1997 where she practiced as a litigator before becoming in-house counsel. She then relocated to Toronto and began her recruiting career.

Emily Lee, JD

Emily has a keen eye for identifying top legal talent and placing the right candidates with her clients.
With 20 years of legal recruitment experience, Emily brings commitment, trust, and confidentiality to the hiring process. She has earned a reputation as an expert in her field and is a trusted advisor to lawyers, business professionals, and HR professionals.
Emily has spoken at events hosted by the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario, among others. She is often quoted about legal recruitment market trends in prominent legal publications.
Born and raised in New Brunswick, Emily graduated from Dalhousie Law School and was called to the Nova Scotia and Ontario bars in 2003 before moving into a career in legal recruitment.

Rebecca Toth, LLB
Co-Founder & Partner
Rebecca enjoys making meaningful connections with business leaders, HR professionals, and lawyers. Investing time to genuinely understand the needs of clients and the goals of candidates is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
Recruiting since 2006, Rebecca masterfully juggles client priorities and candidate goals. Both appreciate her fair and objective approach as well as candid advice.
As a well-known recruiter, Rebecca has spoken about the hiring process at various legal events including the Northwind Law Leaders Invitational Forum where she was a panel member on retention issues in a highly competitive candidate-driven market.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Rebecca graduated from Dalhousie Law School and was called to the bars in Alberta and Ontario in 2003. She was a litigator in a boutique law firm in Toronto until she started recruiting.
